Not really, but sometimes we’re fortunate in some of the little ‘side-hustles’ we do, but it’s not huge amounts; for example, we rent our spare room out, and one guy paid upfront for 3 months to complete a contract but they only stayed 2 nights. He was happy to pay as he’d priced it into his contract so he wasn’t losing out. Another time, we sold an old small scaffold tower we’d bought whilst renovating our house. After 10 years or so and quite a lot of abuse, we sold it on eBay for twice what we paid for it. Little wins like this always make me smile.
